Robert Vincent Johnson

Robert Vincent Johnson passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton on November 10, 2016. Bob was born in Brockton on January 1, 1938 to Ada Swanson and Vincent Johnson.  As a young man, he learned to bake and began working in local supermarkets.  After managing bakeries for several years, he opened his own store and brought joy to thousands of people through his sweet creations.  Bob retired from baking to enjoy more time with his family and hobbies.

Bob was a long term resident at the Southeast Nursing center in North Easton. Bob is survived by six sisters and one brother.  He leaves three adult children, and many nieces and nephews whom he shared his final years with.  

The family will conduct an Interment Service at the South Easton Cemetery on November 26th at 10am. Donations can be made in Roberts honor to the American Cancer society.
