Barbara J. (Look) Akins

Barbara J. (Look) Akins passed away peacefully on October 26, 2017.

Barbara was the loving mother of Anthony Meninno and his wife Joanne, of Brockton, John Akins, Michael Akins, Linda Melo, all of Brockton and the late Joseph Akins.  Brothers Milton Look of North Carolina, Kenneth Look of Berkley, MA, Dennis Look of Bourne, MA and the late Thomas Gay.  Sisters Rosemary Mann (Look) and her husband Glen, Geri Zammitt and the late Sylvia Martynoski.  She is also survived by many grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

Barbara was employed by New England Art.  She loved the Oldies and lottery tickets.  First and foremost, she loved being a mother and grandmother.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 11:00AM, Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 24 Pleasant St., Brockton, MA  02301.
