Eugene (Geno) Mayer Obituary

Eugene A. Mayer (Geno) age 68 of Falmouth, MA passed away Sunday August 5, 2018 at Cape Cod Hospital. Eugene was the Son of Agnes Kelly Cooper and his father Eugene Mayer, who was a veteran of World War II. He was born May 8, 1950 in Newton and was raised there until he moved to the South Shore and Cape Cod.

Geno was self -employed for years. He enjoyed the ocean, boating and the Cape Cod Canal, where he loved to fish, always looking to catch the big Striper! He loved games, sports and jokes. He will be missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his Brother Lawrence J. Mayer and his wife Deborah, his two sisters, Theresa M. Vergobbe and her husband Robert and Marian R. Blackwell and her husband Robert, his Uncle Joseph Kelly and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and one grand-nephew.

A celebration of his life will be held at Our Lady Of The Cape at 468 Stoney Brook Road, Brewster, MA on Tuesday August 14th 2018 The Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 A.M.
